We all do. We were never meant to navigate this human journey alone. I know that goes against a lot of self-help books, but the reality is that human beings need other human beings. That doesn't make you weak. We all need support. You're not alone. And this is why I created these options — so that no matter where you are on your journey, no matter what you are going through, you know that you don't need to do it alone.
And sometimes it's as simple as having somebody who is open to hearing your side of the story, and can just listen and hold your truth, your experience. And sometimes you need a different perspective, that comes to you in a gentle and safe way, that doesn't make you wrong, and yet provides the clarity you've been searching for.
Because let's face it — so often we care about something so deeply that it explodes in our minds and becomes so big that we don't know how to get through it. So we feel stuck, and we get filled with anxiety. And creating a clear decision, a way forward that not only honours us but also honours the other people involved, feels impossible.
And this is where I come in. I will hold that discomfort with you, while we calm your nervous system and offer you different perspectives and possibilities. I will also give you guidance that comes through from your divine team, so that you can step back into your most empowered self and start making decisions from a place of love, strength and clarity.
And trust me, there are no stupid questions, and there is definitely no judgment. Only love. I hold a container of divine unconditional love, and I've heard it all. You are safe with me. You are held. You are heard. And you are loved. 🤍
